Sourced from the Aichi and Shizuoka prefectures and made from , it has a gentle green flavour, a smooth body, and a subtle umami note.

This is the matcha we reach for when we want something easy and reliable: whisk it with a little warm water, then add milk, oat milk, ice, or blend it into a smoothie. It has enough character to taste clearly like matcha, while staying soft and balanced enough for everyday drinking.
