Sourced from Aichi prefecture and made from first-harvest, shade-grown Okumidori leaves, it has a bright green colour, smooth flavour, natural sweetness, and gentle umami.

Whisk it simply with water when you want a calm, traditional cup. Or use it in a latte when you want the matcha flavour to feel cleaner, softer, and more elegant. It is a focused matcha for mornings, quiet breaks, and moments where the cup itself matters.
